Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

Sentinel Logix respects your privacy. This policy describes what data this website collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding it.

This policy describes the site as it currently operates. Where a function is not yet active, that is stated explicitly rather than described in the future tense.

1. Information you provide

Consultation request form

The consultation request form on our contact page asks for:

  • Name (required)
  • Company (required)
  • Role (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Project sector (required)
  • Approximate capital value (required)
  • What is prompting your inquiry (required)
  • Preferred contact method (required)

The form is not currently connected to a submission endpoint. No submission is transmitted, received, or stored anywhere. If you attempt to submit the form, it will report that it is not yet connected and nothing will be sent.

Once the form is activated, the information above will be used solely to respond to your inquiry and to assess whether the firm is appropriate for the work described. It will not be added to a marketing list, sold, or shared with any third party.

Direct correspondence

If you contact the firm directly, we may retain records of that correspondence.

2. Information collected automatically

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, gated behind cookie consent. Until you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner, no Google Analytics script loads, no analytics cookies are set, and no analytics data is collected or transmitted. If you accept, Google Analytics collects usage data (such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and device information) to help us understand how the site is used; Google processes this data on our behalf as described in Google's privacy documentation.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the site footer, which stops any further analytics collection.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel processes standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) for the purpose of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. Vercel Analytics is enabled and collects aggregate, anonymized page performance data. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

3. Cookies

The only cookie-equivalent storage this site sets by default is a record of your cookie consent choice, held in your browser's local storage. It exists so the site does not ask you the same question on every visit.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets its standard measurement cookies as described in section 2. No advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies are used in any case.

4. How we use information

Where information is collected, it is used only to:

  • Respond to an inquiry you have submitted
  • Assess whether the firm is appropriate for the work described
  • Maintain and secure the website

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Confidentiality of inquiries

Inquiries submitted to the firm are treated as confidential. Information about a prospective project is not disclosed to any third party, and is not used as a reference or example without the express written consent of the party who provided it.

6. Data retention

Inquiry records are retained only as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry and to maintain a record of any resulting engagement or declination, and are then deleted.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information the firm holds about you. Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to object to or restrict processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To make a request, use the contact page. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is directed at businesses and professional audiences. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy should be sent through the contact page.

Note: No postal address, telephone number, or direct email address is published on this site at present. Where applicable law requires a specific contact route for data protection requests, the contact form is that route.
